So today for breakfast I had a protein Shake, for Lunch a Protein Shake, Almond Snack, Dinner Ravioli with a light red sauce. Went for a 1 mile run/walk, omg i hurt. My legs feel like they are going to just give out my left outside calf feels like a stake is in it. I kept waiting for that natural high from the exercise sadly i think i didnt come till i was walking in the house cooling down. oh well tomorrow ill push it again. Heres to being better again. wish me luck.
